1. Who we are and what this covers

PlayNova is an independently operated website that publishes free browser games. This policy covers the pages on this website. It does not cover the third-party services described in sections 4 and 5, which operate under their own privacy policies.

2. What we do not collect

We want to start with this because it is the shortest part. PlayNova has no user accounts, no login, and no registration. We do not ask you to create a profile, we do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

3. What is collected when you visit

• Technical data processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page and the time of the request. This is standard server logging.
• Usage data about which pages are viewed, used in aggregate to understand which games and articles are worth keeping.
• Information you send us directly, if you email us. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with it.

4. Advertising

The site is supported by advertising, and we use Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads on this site, and may use information about your visits here and to other sites to show you ads it considers relevant.

5. Embedded games from third parties

The games on this site are not hosted by us. They are supplied under licence through GameMonetize and load from the provider's own servers inside an embedded frame.

Because a third-party frame can set its own cookies and receive your IP address, we load it only after you explicitly press play on a game page. Until you do, nothing is requested from the game provider. Once a game is running, the provider's own privacy practices apply to it, including any advertising shown inside the game itself. We do not control that and cannot access whatever data it processes.

6. Children

PlayNova is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contactprivacy@playnova.online and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these, emailprivacy@playnova.online. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Note that for most visitors we hold no personal data beyond transient server logs, so in many cases the honest answer to an access request will be that there is nothing to provide.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes will be noted on the site.
